Registered Provider
With over 30 years' experience in care — including senior roles with the local authority — Helen founded Altogether Care with a clear mission: to deliver genuinely person-centred domiciliary care to the people of Hereford. Her depth of knowledge and passion for quality underpin everything the company does.
Carol
Client Care Advisor
Carol brings extensive experience across multiple care settings, including reablement and domiciliary care. Her broad background means she understands the full range of needs a service user may have, and she works closely with families to ensure the right support is in place from day one.
Ashleigh
Client Care Advisor
Ashleigh's background is predominantly in domiciliary care, with a particular flair for dementia and end of life care. Her specialist knowledge and deep compassion make her an invaluable point of contact for service users and families navigating some of life's most challenging moments.
Sophie
Administrator
Sophie is one of the friendly faces at the front door of our office — always ready to help with whatever query you may have. Whether you're calling for the first time or a familiar voice, Sophie will make sure you feel welcome and get the answers you need.

Eve works alongside Sophie to keep the office running smoothly. Approachable, organised, and always happy to help, she ensures that every call and enquiry is handled with care and efficiency.
